nextBOS
The business operating system

Run your whole chain from anywhere.

NextBOS is built for restaurants and growing chains. Daily sales, money, payroll, supply and your team, all in one place, at an address that's yours alone.

What it runs

The whole back office, in one place.

Every part of the day, from the morning sales report to the last approval, lives in one system, wherever you are.

Branches & daily sales

Every outlet, central kitchen and the call centre. Revenue against target per branch, at a glance.

Expense management

Log expenses, approve from the queue, pay by Paystack bank transfer, straight to verified naira accounts.

People & payroll

The whole team, including staff who only appear on payroll. Bulk CSV import, salaries, raises, adjustments and payroll runs.

Reports

Branch P&L, zonal summaries, sales and expense reports. Export as CSV or PDF.

Customer care

Complaints intake, live chat run by your call centre, and SMS delivery you can see.

Permissions & audit

Role hierarchy plus overrides for individual people. Every change checked against permissions and logged.

Where the money goes

Every naira lands in a category.

NextBOS will not accept an expense without one. No "miscellaneous", no "sundry", no note to yourself that means nothing six months later. That single rule is what turns a year of spending into something you can actually put a question to.

  1. Every expense gets a category

  2. Stamped with branch, date, who

  3. Ask anything, or export it

And every category rolls up into one of three, so a branch P&L reads the same way every month, in every outlet, without anyone deciding where things belong.

Food cost

Chicken, meat and fish, rice, vegetables, oils and spices, drinks, packaging.

Operating cost

Diesel and cooking gas, electricity, rent, salaries, repairs, logistics, POS fees.

Capital cost

Kitchen equipment, bikes and vehicles, furniture, renovation, laptops and POS units.

Your accounts

The books are written immediately after every expense is made.

Nobody here keeps a carrier bag of receipts, and nobody loses a Saturday typing last month into a spreadsheet. Every payment is filed at the moment it is made and every day's takings the moment they are counted, so the accounts are finished as the month goes along instead of after it ends.

  1. A manager pays the poultry supplier and records it there and then

  2. It files itself under food cost, stamped with the branch, the date and their name

  3. The day's takings go in the same way, the moment they are counted

  4. The profit and loss is already there, for one branch or for all of them

An example, on figures a busy outlet would recognise. Yours builds itself from what your branches actually record, and you can open any line to see the payments inside it.

  • Nothing sits in “other”

NextBOS refuses a payment that has no category. So there is no bucket of unexplained spending to work through at the end of the month, because it was never allowed to form.

  • Wages are counted once

When you confirm a payroll run, any salary already entered as a payment is left out of the running costs. The same money never turns up twice and quietly eats a month's profit.

  • Every branch reads the same way

The same lines in the same order, for a single outlet, a zone, or the whole chain. Comparing two branches is reading two columns, not reconciling two habits.

What it costs

Priced by branch, not by headcount.

You pay for the business you run and the branches in it, never for the people who log in. Give every supervisor their own login, because a shared password is how an audit trail stops being worth anything.
